Ingredients:
For chicken ball:
- Boneless chicken piece 1 cup
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1 small onion
- Black paper powder 1 tsp
- Salt
- Kaffir lime(gondho lebu) juice.It gives a good aroma. You can use 1 tsp lemon juice as substitute. It will give a little bit tangy taste.
- Corriander leaves
For soup:
- 1/2 litter water
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrot and capsicum
- 1/4th cup of shredded cabbage
- 1/4th cup green peas
- Salt
- Butter
- Lemon juice
Method:
- Pour all the ingredients for making chicken balls in a mixer grinder bowl and make a paste.
- Add 1/2 tsp butter in this paste and make small balls.
- Add 1/2 tsp butter in a hot pan.When butter starts melting,add chopped ginger and garlic in it and saute for 10 seconds.
- Add 1/2 ltr water in the pan and let it boil.
- When the water starts boiling,add the chicken balls,carrot,capsicum and green chillies in it.Put the lid on the pan and let all the veggies and chicken balls to boil on the medium juice
- After 5 mins add the cabbage and boil for another 2-3 mins.
- Add salt and 1 tsp lemon juice and switch off the gas.
- Pour this soup in a serving boul and sprinkle black paper powder on the top. Serve it hot with garlic breads.
Ingredients:
- Coffee powder 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Milk
- Some chocolate cubes
Method:
- Take coffee powder,cocoa powder and sugar in a cup.
- Let the milk to boil and add 1 tsp. warm milk in the
cup and bit continuously 2-3 minutes until the mixture takes a creamy
texture.
- Pour the hot milk in the cup and stir well. You can see
foam on the top.
- Pour this coffee mixture in a serving glass and
grate the chocolate cubes on the top.
- Serve hot with cookies or chips.
